Hace unos días hablábamos de la importancia del estudio de la técnica en natación.

Os muestro un video resumen del análisis que hicimos ayer en piscina.

Al finalizar el estudio, se entrega al deportista un importante documento gráfico (insisto en que el video que veis aquí es sólo un resumen) y se le ofrecen diferentes herramientas para subsanar sus errores.
