El deporte no sólo es competencia, en lo personal es inspiración para mis hijos, amigos y personas que lo conozcan ,vivir saludable, vencer dificultades, conocer amigos, etc.

“Las montañas me vuelven a conquistar y en esta ocasión no para retarlas si no para acariciarlas.” 

He descubierto que disfruto las montañas y compito en el pavimento.

Hemos tenido un fin de año y un inicio de año disfrutando de los mejores regalos que Dios nos puede dar.
– Muralla Challenge (57kms, 14 horas) : Cruzar la cordillera del Merendón hasta el mar. Reto mental y físicamente agotador pero definitivamente ahi nos volvió a conquistar la montaña.
– Celaque: el punto más alto de Honduras. Disfrutarla con mi hijo, esposo y amigos es lo máximo. Levantarse a las 2:30am después de una mala dormida en el camping para subir a la cumbre y ver el amanecer…


Nuevamente después de un año y medio de distanciarme de ellas. Las montañas me vuelven a conquistar y en esta ocasión no para retarlas si no para acariciarlas.
